Ruben Reyes Roque, a 33-year-old Latino, was fatally shot on October 10, 2016, near North Western Avenue and Romaine Street in Hollywood, Los Angeles. According to the Los Angeles County coroner�s records, Roque was dropped off at a hospital by a private vehicle with gunshot wounds shortly after 12:30 a.m. He was pronounced dead at 12:55 a.m. at the hospital.
