Juan Ignacio Alcala-Romero, a 29-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on January 18, 2017, in Harbor City, Los Angeles. According to police and Los Angeles County coroner�s records, the incident occurred in the 1200 block of 256th Street West.
