Raymond Davila, a 42-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on February 12, 2017, near South Central and Gladys avenues in downtown Los Angeles. According to the Los Angeles County coroner�s records, the incident occurred around 3:17 a.m. when police were called to the scene after reports of a man with gunshot wounds.
