Steven Alvarez, a 19-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on July 18, 2017, in the Wilmington neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. According to the Los Angeles County coroner�s records, the incident occurred around 8:40 p.m. while Alvarez was sitting in a dark-colored BMW sedan.
