Jessica Soria, a 23-year-old resident of Bakersfield, California, tragically lost her life on April 8, 2018. She was found shot to death alongside 22-year-old Jose Jesus Mendoza in front of Mendoza's home on Sterling Road in East Bakersfield. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, following a night out in downtown Bakersfield. Mendoza had been watching a boxing match with friends before meeting up with Soria.
