Larry Williams Jr., a 31-year-old man, was killed in the early hours of Friday, August 27, 2010, after gunfire erupted on the 5400 block of 56th Place in an unincorporated stretch of Prince George�s County just east of Riverdale Park. The night was still and late�shortly before 1:30 a.m.�when police were called to the scene and found him shot. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, but doctors could not save him, and he was pronounced dead after arrival.
