On the evening of February 28, 2013, the quiet streets of the Lewisdale area of Prince George�s County�near Chillum�were broken by gunfire. Meyder Bladimir Yuman, an 18-year-old male, was outside in the 7200 block of 24th Avenue when patrol officers were sent to the area at about 7:00 p.m. for a report of a shooting. When police arrived, they found him suffering from what investigators described as an apparent gunshot wound, and he was rushed to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
