I can tell you justice was NOT served. Under WA law the most he could get would be 27 yrs. Ohio combined 2 of his charges so instead of a 3rd strike it was basically a second. After 5 years, over 100 different hearings 10 total attorneys he chose to plead guilty 10 minutes before he was to take the stand. (take a look at the records sometime). I was thinking a lot lately about the timing of Clarence Wilson's tragedy. It happened right in the middle of the day, which is honestly chilling. Carlos (Tiki) was a beautiful human being and it seems his murder is not being worked at all. I can�t help but wonder if his family being Cuban has something to do with the lack of updates/progress. I've been thinking a lot about the community response in Chatham after Jeremiah's murder, and it seems like there's been an outpouring of support but also a lot of fear among residents. It's really a reminder of how fragile our sense of safety can be.
