Ive been reading through the details of what happened to Mary Swift, and I cant stop thinking about her kids. Losing their mom like this, especially in such a violent way, is beyond imaginable. Living with that kind of loss is tough enough, but also having to understand that someone who was supposed to care for their mom caused such heartbreak must be even harder. I really hope that theres a support system in place for them, be it extended family or community organizations, to help guide them... ...View Post & Comment
"Ive been reading through the details of what happened to Mary Swift, and I cant stop thinking about her kids." What about his kids because that is my father who was my whole world, and I was 7 years old when this happened. I had just talked to him on the phone not even an hour before this happened, and he was trying to come home. Mary had interrupted the phone call threatening my mother, my brother, and I, that she would hurt us if he was to come home to us. She had threatened my mother for m... ...View Post & Comment
Hey everyone,Ive been following Travis Spencers case for a while now, and something that really stands out to me is the surveillance footage. Its frustrating to think that even with cameras in the area, law enforcement still hasnt been able to identify any suspects. I can't imagine how devastating this must be for Travis's family, waiting for answers and justice with such little to go on.It also makes me wonder about the quality and placement of surveillance cameras in areas like Park Height... ...View Post & Comment
The cameras were there, but that doesnt always mean theyre clear enough or pointed in the right direction to actually help. Its frustrating, because youd think having surveillance would automatically lead to answers, but in cases like Traviss, it just shows how limited the system can be.... ...View Post & Comment
Has anyone else been struck by the lack of detailed information on Kathleen Naughton's case? It baffles me that after all these years, there still seems to be a shroud of mystery surrounding her death in Chester, PA. I heard she was a loving mother, and I'm sure her family is still yearning for closure. It's frustrating to think about how many stories from that time might be incomplete due to inadequate record-keeping. It's crucial that we try to piece together whatever we can, not just for Kath... ...View Post & Comment

Thank you so much for sharing that with us. I cant even imagine how overwhelming it must be to learn, all at once, that Kathleen is likely your mother and then to find out what happened to her. Im so sorry youre going through something this heavy and heartbreaking. We honor her life and make sure she isnt forgotten, not to cause you any additional pain. She mattered and you matter, too.... ...View Post & Comment
I've been following the disappearance of Hanley, and something that's been bugging me is the route he might have taken to get to Dana Point. Does anyone know if there were any reported road closures or unusual traffic conditions on that night? I've read stories where people have gone missing and later it's discovered that a detour or unexpected road condition led them to unfamiliar or unsafe areas. If anyone is local to that area and remembers anything, it might add a piece to this puzzle. Maybe... ...View Post & Comment
His car was seen on Ortega Highway heading out to Riverside County early in the morning and then seen coming back. His car was at his house the next morning with the key and garage remote on his driver\'s seat. Not sure if you\'ve seen the charges he incurred back in December of 2024. Might have led to this. Who knows who he was involved with. I suspect foul-play. The car being at his house, to me, was an attempt to try and avoid detection of him being missing. Sending thoughts and prayers for h... ...View Post & Comment
He was with his good friend Brandon who has been experiencing worse and worse mental issues. Hanley wanted to help Brandon and has been actively . Brandon has been giving creepy vibes and has been making strange morbid statements in the months up to Hanley\'s disappearance. He was with Brandon when he went missing... and Brandon states he doesn\'t remember what happened to Hanley because he was drunk. Has anyone else been following the case of Steven Smith? I came across it recently, and its baffling that there havent been any significant leads after all these years. I know the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is still on it, but it must be so tough for his loved ones not to have any answers or justice yet. How do families manage to stay hopeful when the trail seems to go cold? I hope with new technologies and more awareness, someone out there will eventually speak up and help bring some peace... ...View Post & Comment
Hello thanks for expressing your thoughts on this case. Steven was/ is my big brother. My family keeps the thoughts in our heart that one day someone will say something. He was a good person with a heart of gold. Do yes it has been a long time and he is still deeply missed. Just know it\'s forms like this that just keep our full of hope because as long as someone remembers, someone will talk. So from our hearts we thank the people of Florida. I've been following Donyelle Moore's case since it first happened, and something that strikes me every time I think about it is the impact of ongoing violence in New Orleans despite the city's efforts to curb it. Moore was just 39 years old, and I can only imagine the potential and dreams he had. He became a statistic in a year when things were supposed to be getting better, yet for his family and loved ones, the suffering was just beginning.NOPD's "NOLA for Life" initiative seemed promising, em... ...View Post & Comment
I was reading about Donyelle Moore's case and it got me thinking about the impact on families who are left without answers. It's truly distressing that despite all the efforts and programs in place like "NOLA for Life," so many families still wait for justice, unsure of what happened to their loved ones. The ripple effect of losing someone so suddenly, to violence, is unimaginable. I cant help but feel for Moores familyit must be such a heavy burden to carry. Seeing a reduction in the overall... ...View Post & Comment
I came across an article discussing the Harmon brothers' case and something caught my attentionhow quickly Marquise Jones was apprehended across the country in San Jose. It makes me wonder about the effectiveness of police collaboration between states. Though it's horrifying to think about what Quamir and Quan must have gone through, it's a slight relief to know that there are systems in place that can work efficiently to track down suspects so far from the crime scene. My heart is with the Har... ...View Post & Comment

Hey everyone,Ive been following the discussion on Joshua Robert Forts case, and theres something about the location where his body was found that keeps nagging at me. Mt. Zion Street in Milanit's not exactly a bustling area, right? I wonder if it's significant that he was found there. Was it just a random spot, or is there more to this area that we might be missing? Maybe people who are familiar with the location can chime in. Could it be a place known to Joshua or Spires? I feel like unders... ...View Post & Comment
Hello, Im Joshuas mom. The town of Milan is very small, it has one caution light and downtown area is mostly dilapidated. Spires was born and raised in the area. My son Joshua had moved to Georgia due to a pending divorce stemming from his drinking and he had just started using drugs. I was not aware at the time but I became aware. We had put him in a sober house rehab and he didnt want to stay there long. I had a newly purchased older home I intended to use as a rental. It needed a l... ...View Post & Comment
Hey everyone,Ive been following the Melvin Haynes case closely and noticed something that might be worth discussing. Ive been following this case closely, and it absolutely boggles my mind how something like this could happen. Janice was such a well-regarded figure in her community, especially with how devoted she was as a volunteer at the Mengle Memorial Library and St. Tobias Roman Catholic Church. I can't stop thinking about how this situation possibly could have been prevented if someone close to either Timothy Geitz or Chaptur Wagoner had noticed the tension and stepped in. It's devastating to see a moment of conflict escalate to such a tragic end. I've read that Geitz was well-regarded for his love of family and had a vibrant community around him. Justice WAS NOT served!! Celestes name was released by the murderers mother, Nancy Glavich, before her own family had a chance to talk to the press. In fact, the one time her sister tried talking with them the Judge placed her under a gag order. Celestes son that was found next to her in blood turned one on 12/7/2019. Hey everyone, just stumbled upon Marizel Shirazy's case from '97, and it's been on my mind since. Something that's puzzled me is how little info there is about what she was doing in the days leading up to her disappearance.
