In the winter of 1993, a 29-year-old man named Percy Byron Joseph Jr. disappeared from Fairbanks, Alaska. He was an American Indian/Alaska Native male with brown hair and brown eyes. On January 14, 1993, Percy was attempting to cross the confluence of the Tanana and Yukon Rivers on a snowmachine when he was last seen. The Alaska State Troopers have managed his case since it was reported on January 18, 1993.
