In May of 1997, Rosa Maria Shipley, a 48-year-old mother, left her home and family in Seguin, Texas. Her family last saw her on Mother's Day of that year. While she had a history of being transient, she had always maintained contact with her children and family until that day. The circumstances surrounding her departure from Texas are not entirely clear, but it marked the beginning of a long and painful period of uncertainty for her loved ones, who were left to wonder what had become of her ...
