Steven Andrews Missing Person Case

On a summer day in June of 2004, 13-year-old Steven Lee Andrews was with another boy in Bethel, Alaska. The two were seen playing in a kayak near Kotlik Slough. Steven, an American Indian / Alaska Native male with black hair and brown eyes, was wearing blue jeans and a green and black hooded sweater that day. He also had on a pair of white Spaulding sneakers. At some point, the kayak the boys were in overturned.
