In the quiet, early morning hours of July 29, 2005, a sense of unease settled over the fishing vessel Grayling. Thirty-five-year-old Matthew David Trosvig, a male from Dillingham, Alaska, had vanished. The vessel was anchored approximately eight miles from Akutan, a small community in the Aleutian Islands.
