On a winter evening in Washington, 48-year-old Darrel Wayne Kempf was last seen on January 28, 2007. He departed from North Cove, Washington, at approximately 8:45 p.m., intending to drive his blue Plymouth Voyager van to his residence in Graham, Washington.
