On August 7, 2015, the life of 29-year-old Seth Grant Fairbanks, a male pilot from McGrath, Alaska, took a tragic turn. He was flying a Piper PA-18 Super Cub with a passenger, 23-year-old Anthony Hooper, also from McGrath, when the plane crashed into the challenging waters of Knik Arm, near Anchorage.
