Tracy Lynn Brandon, a 50-year-old woman, was reported missing under perplexing circumstances in early February of 2020. Her last known confirmed location was in Fulton County, Georgia, where she boarded a bus with a ticket for Chattanooga, Tennessee. A room was reserved for her in Chattanooga, and there was an arrangement for her to be picked up from the bus station upon her arrival.
