On February 9, 2021, 32-year-old Jeffrey T. Washington was last seen at his home in South Holland, a suburb of Chicago, Illinois. Known to his loved ones as 'Nookie,' 'Jay,' or 'Torrance,' his disappearance has left his family with unanswered questions.
