On March 23rd, 28-year-old Jacob Charles Riggs, a male resident of nearby Sweet Home, was last seen. A family member had dropped him off at his request at the Gedney Creek Boat Ramp, located on the north shore of Foster Reservoir, at about 4:30 in the afternoon.
