In the early summer of 2022, a sense of concern grew in the community of Roland, Arkansas, when 17-year-old Victor Herate-Perez was reported missing. The young man was last seen in the area of Roland, a town within Pulaski County. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as being 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing approximately 150 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
