In the summer of 2026, a family's life was turned upside down when 52-year-old Michael Wayne Garefalos vanished from Conroe, Texas. On or about June 29, 2026, Michael was last seen at HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe. He departed the facility on foot, and from that moment, he seemingly disappeared without a trace.
