In the early summer of 1994, 35-year-old Mark Winston Hill was looking forward to a camping trip in a remote part of Nevada County, California. He was last known to be driving to his chosen campsite near the small town of Washington on June 13, 1994. This would be the last time anyone had confirmed contact with him.
