In the summer of 2023, concern began to grow for 89-year-old Annie Oliver, a resident of Memphis, Tennessee. She was officially reported as last seen on August 10, 2023, in her Memphis neighborhood. Described as a Black female, standing 5'4' and weighing around 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, her disappearance prompted the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation to issue a Silver Alert.
