In the community of Palm Springs, California, concerns linger for the well-being of Frank Jacob Flores, a 51-year-old man who was last seen on March 19, 2025. At the time of his disappearance, he was staying at a local shelter. He was reportedly seen walking eastbound on 10th Avenue in North Palm Springs. Staff at the shelter expected him to return within a few hours, but he never did.
