In the late summer of 2019, concerns grew for the well-being of a 54-year-old man from Richmond, Virginia. Edward T. McKinney was last seen on August 19th in the 4400 block of Forest Hill Avenue. His disappearance sparked immediate worry among those who knew him, as he was not only a familiar face in the community but also a person who relied on medication for chronic illnesses.
