In the small town of Emerson, Arkansas, the disappearance of Chad Foster Tompkins remains a painful and unresolved mystery for his family and community. Tompkins was last seen on September 30, 2021. On that day, he was reportedly seen walking unclothed on County Road 23 near his home. His clothes were found neatly folded on the side of the road between his house and U.S. 79.
