In the winter of 2023, concern grew for a 61-year-old man from Shawnee, Oklahoma, named Male Jeffrey Grass. He was last seen on January 9, 2023, and as days turned into weeks, his absence became a source of deep worry for those who knew him. At the time of his disappearance, Jeffrey was described as a Native American man, standing between 5'6" and 5'8" tall and weighing approximately 167 to 170 pounds.
