Vasil Tico Missing Person Case

In the winter of 2023, concern began to grow for a 72-year-old man from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, named Vasil Tico. On Friday, January 20th, he was last seen in the afternoon on the 7900 block of Lister Street. Earlier that same day, he had also been seen near the bridge by Rhawn Street in Pennypack Park.
