In the early summer of 2023, concern began to grow for a 34-year-old woman from Double Springs, Alabama, named Jaqleen Amber Grimes. She was last seen on June 1, 2023, in the Black Pond area, located on Highway 195. Accounts from that day suggest that Jaqleen may have been leaving a residence when she entered an unidentified vehicle with an unknown man.
