Wanda Rivas, a 47-year-old Hispanic female, was last seen on Sunday, May 17, 2015, in Frederiksted, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a red, blue, and white striped blouse and blue jeans. Rivas is described as being 5'3" tall and weighing 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She has a tattoo of "Wendy" on her neck and another tattoo of a flower with "Wendy" on her upper arm. She usually wore long hair extensions ...
