A recreational outing on the Arkansas River in Pueblo, Colorado, took a tragic turn on June 2, 2014, when 23-year-old Christopher Lynn Frazier went missing. Frazier was enjoying a day of tubing near the Kayak Course when he fell from his inflatable tube into the river at approximately 4:30 p.m. The river's current was reportedly strong at the time, and witnesses saw him floating face down and seemingly unconscious in the water.
