On June 12, 1995, Adrian Cheong, a 20-year-old Asian male, was last seen in Honolulu, Hawaii, in the Waikiki area near Kuhio Beach Park. He had gone into the ocean to boogie board, wearing green shorts, in surf reported to be about six to eight feet. What began as a day in the water became a moment of alarm when Adrian was seen having trouble making his way back to shore.
