On June 17, 2023, 54-year-old Nolan Keith Flanagan, a male from Sand Springs, Oklahoma, was last seen in Gulf Shores, Alabama, near the 400 block of East Beach Boulevard. According to police and NamUs information, family members last saw him at approximately 11:30 a.m. as he entered the Gulf of Mexico to go swimming.
