In the early morning hours of November 27, 2023, in Memphis, Tennessee, 15-year-old Nigel Billingsley was seen getting into an unknown vehicle. This would be the last time he was seen. At the time of his disappearance, Nigel was described as a Black male, standing between 5 feet 10 inches and 5 feet 11 inches tall, and weighing between 120 and 125 pounds.
