In the winter of 2000, 30-year-old Charles Lee Toliver disappeared from Clinton, Tennessee, leaving behind a life and a set of troubling circumstances that have yet to be resolved. He was last seen on February 4, 2000. At the time of his disappearance, Toliver was described as a white male with red or auburn hair that had blonde highlights, and blue eyes.
