On a summer day in Chicago, Illinois, 16-year-old Brian Kelvin Andrewin was enjoying a game of basketball with friends at a local park. After the game on July 10, 1995, he started for home but was never seen or heard from again. At the time of his disappearance, Brian was described as a Black male, standing at 5'8' and weighing around 135 pounds. He had black hair and brown eyes. Distinctive features included a small scar on his eyebrow and a birthmark on the right side of his neck.
