In the early hours of July 12, 2002, in the Pearl Harbor area of Honolulu, Hawaii, the lives of two young brothers were irrevocably altered. Seven-year-old Daniel Santiago, known affectionately as "Danny Boy," and his eleven-year-old brother, Noel, vanished without a trace.
