Keith Ryan Missing Person Case

In the early morning hours of April 13, 2005, Keith William Ryan, a 22-year-old bartender from Springfield, Illinois, vanished from the streets of Peoria. He had traveled to Peoria with friends for a night out, visiting several downtown bars.
