John Spira, a 45-year-old man from St. Charles, Illinois, disappeared on the evening of February 23, 2007. He was last seen at approximately 7:00 p.m. at his business, Universal Cable Construction, which was located on County Farm Road in an unincorporated area of West Chicago. Spira had reportedly just returned to his office after having dinner with a friend and business partner.
