In the quiet mountain town of Idaho Springs, Colorado, the summer of 1983 was shattered by the sudden and unsettling disappearance of 14-year-old Elizabeth Ann 'Beth' Miller. On the morning of August 16th, Beth, a dedicated athlete preparing for the upcoming basketball season, set out for her daily jog, a routine she had maintained throughout the summer.
