In the early morning hours of September 17, 1996, 21-year-old Paula Michelle Burnette was last seen in her hometown of Harrison, Tennessee. At the time of her disappearance, Paula was a mother to a four-year-old son from a previous marriage and a two-year-old daughter with her estranged husband, Donald Ray Burnette.
