In the autumn of 2009, 38-year-old Garren Rudolf Beller, a resident of Ashland, Oregon, traveled to the Midwest to visit with friends and family. An Oregon-based, self-employed construction worker, Beller had spent time in Northwest Indiana between November 15 and 19 of that year. His visit concluded with plans to return home to Oregon. On November 19, 2009, Beller was reportedly taken to Union Station in Chicago, Illinois, to board an Amtrak train destined for Portland, Oregon. His anticipated ...Read More
