In the summer of 1995, a young man named Robert Lee Webb vanished from the town of Searcy, Arkansas, leaving behind a void of information and a family grasping for answers. On the Fourth of July, Robert's mother saw him for the last time. At eighteen years old, Robert was just on the cusp of adulthood.
