Shawn Hess Missing Person Case

On the cold night of February 26, 2002, a 28-year-old male named Shawn Hess vanished from Brainerd, Minnesota. That evening, he had gone to a meeting located at 16th and Oak streets. He was last observed walking east near the intersection of Eighth and Oak streets. Two days later, on February 28, his family reported him missing after being unable to make contact with him.
