In the spring of 2011, Cecil O. Baker, a 47-year-old man from Barbourville, Kentucky, told his family he was planning a trip to Michigan. His intention was to pick up his teenage daughter and spend some time visiting with family there. On May 1, 2011, he was seen for the last time in his hometown.
