In the spring of 2011, Cecil O. Baker, a 47-year-old man from Barbourville, Kentucky, told his family he was planning a trip to Michigan. His intention was to pick up his teenage daughter and spend some time visiting with family there. On May 1, 2011, he was seen for the last time in his hometown. He was expected to be driving his distinctive light green 1994 Geo Metro hatchback with Kentucky license plate number 474CDH.
