In the spring of 2011, six-year-old Timmothy Pitzen was a happy kindergartener living with his parents in Aurora, Illinois. On the morning of May 11, his father, James Pitzen, dropped him off at Greenman Elementary School, not knowing it would be the last time he would see his son.
