In the autumn of 2000, a 49-year-old man named Larry Ford Tabb vanished, leaving behind a trail of uncertainty and concern for his loved ones. The last time his mother saw him was on Thanksgiving, November 23, 2000, at her home in Shelby County, Tennessee. Larry, who was described as a transient, informed his mother that he was leaving to go to Paragould, Arkansas, where he planned to stay with friends.
