In the quiet woods of eastern Washington, the story of Jeffrey Startzel’s disappearance began to unfold on a cold day in February. A 51-year-old man from Elk, Washington, Jeffrey was last seen on or about February 14, 2011, in the frosty landscape of Mt. Spokane State Park.
