In the coastal community of Winchester Bay, Oregon, the disappearance of 48-year-old Robert T. Breed II in the spring of 2012 left behind a collection of unsettling questions. A man known by his loved ones as Bobby or Bob, he was last seen on March 5th of that year. At the time he went missing, he was described as a white male with brown hair and blue eyes, standing between 5'11' and 6'2' and weighing around 195 pounds.
