On June 8, 2012, 29-year-old Lisa Marie Knight, a mother of four, disappeared from Ossineke, Michigan. She was last seen at the residence of her ex-husband, Lloyd Frey. That evening, at approximately 10:30 p.m., Lisa made a distressing phone call to a friend, asking to be picked up. She sounded upset but did not explain the situation, and her friend was unable to come and get her. This was the last time anyone is known to have heard from her. Frey, her ex-husband, told authorities that Lisa had left his home sometime during the night while he was asleep. Lisa did not have a vehicle at the time of her disappearance, and her cell phone has not been used since that final call.
