On the night of February 16, 1987, Christopher James Winkler, a 19-year-old white male, was last seen in Burlington, Wisconsin, in Racine County. Known also as Chris, he was described as having brown hair and blue eyes, standing about 5 feet 11 inches to 6 feet 2 inches tall, and weighing between 190 and 220 pounds.
